Michelle Kenyon, MS

I grew up in Iowa, where my entrepreneurial journey began with owning a pet food store and dog training facility. That experience sparked a lasting fascination with behavior, learning, and the many ways our environments and experiences shape how we respond to the world around us.
I later spent many years in North Carolina, where I built my own company and authored three books on dog training before eventually making my way to Texas. Along the way, my interests increasingly expanded from understanding animal behavior to the complexities of human behavior, relationships, resilience, and personal growth.
My own experiences have deeply shaped the work I do today, as has my background in behavioral science, strength training, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Each has given me a different perspective on confidence, boundaries, adaptability, discipline, and what it means to remain grounded when circumstances are challenging.
I bring those experiences into my work in a way that is practical, compassionate, and deeply curious about human behavior. Whether I’m consulting, teaching, or counseling, my goal is to make complex ideas understandable and useful, helping people see patterns more clearly, understand what is happening beneath the surface, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
